How can I pay?
I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship you your artwork. I get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, I do sell wholesale to selected galleries. Please see the "Wholesale Info" page for more details
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed on the website are in stock and will ship no later than 4-5 business days after receiving payment.
Can I come visit your studio/store?
Perhaps, although the best place to see my work is at one of the many artshows or farmer's markets where I show my work. Most of the time my work is in bins ready to take somewhere on the road.
Do you have a printed catalog?
I don't have a catalog anymore. The internet is one large catalog!
What is your return policy?
Return/exchange inquiries must be made within 30 days from time of receipt and require approval. Mistakes made by Artworks by Karen Fincannon will be corrected at no charge. Because of the handcrafted nature of my items, most shipments are considered custom orders and may vary from batch to batch. Please contract me right away if you are unhappy with your order, and all reasonable efforts will be made to correct the situation.
I will not sell, rent, or give your personal information to any other party. I may add your email to our occasional newsletter mailing list if you have contacted Artworks by Karen Fincannon or made a purchase from me. You may opt out of the newsletter mailing list at any time by contacting me or choosing to unsubscribe through newsletter. Any phone or mail order information is done in-house by me directly, and I take great care with your private information.
Is your work fragile? How is it made?
My ceramic sculptures and other pieces are made of fired ceramic, which is a combination of clay and glass. Any materials made of ceramic can break. Having said that, if handled with care, there should be no problems with breakage. If, in any case, breakage does occur, please be aware that broken edges are sharp, and could be a cause of cut injuries, and take appropriate care accordingly.
Thank you for your interest in my work!
