My houses are all one-of-a-kind and handmade. I start by rolling out some clay, stamping it with a design, and cutting out the back and strips for the side. The sides are then positioned on the back, and it is fired, glazed, then fired again. The plaque in front is stamped in clay, with a clay colored background, and that part is held above the back by a piece of glued wood. A sawtooth hanger is glued on the back for easy hanging.
