Tiny Plate with "Are You a Good Witch or a Bad Witch?"

This is a tiny plate with a decal of the phrase ""Are You a Good Witch or a Bad Witch?", and a stamped glazed colored pattern on the back.  Of course this is from "The Wizard of Oz".  The tiny plate with scalloped edges is about 4" in diameter.
